For Each Program Below

After School Policies

  1. Use good listening skills

  2. Respect ALL others

  3. Respect equipment

  4. No Bullying

  5. No whining will be allowed

  6. No cheating will be allowed

  7. Play as a teammate

  8. Encourage others

  9. Sportsmanship is required at all times

  1. A coach must bring children to extended day class room.

  2. Children may not leave the premises without permission or without a coach/parent sign out.

  3. Children are required to sit down while waiting for parents.

  4. Children will receive 3 strikes to handle bad behavior.

    1. Strike 1 = Warning

    2. Strike 2 = Disciplinary Action

    3. Strike 3 = Child’s parent will be called and disciplinary action taken.

    4. If students reach 3 strikes in a semester the student will be removed from the program with no monetary compensation.

  5. NO BULLYING – Upon fair review from coaches, if a child is deemed to be bullying that child will be automatically removed from the program without any monetary compensation.

  6. All children must wear closed toed shoes and appropriate clothes for sport and weather. (Ex: Shorts, sweatpants, t-shirt, socks, hat, sunglasses, etc.)

  7. Soccer/football cleats are required, however those cleats may not be metal.

  8. Soccer shin guards are required.

  9. Under healthy and normal circumstances, if a child chooses not to participate we will communicate with the parents to decide if the program is a fit for the child.

  10. Children will remain seated in the lobby before practice. No throwing, touching, running, jumping, or interacting with other after school programs.

  11. Only one bathroom for use in the lobby and only 1 boy and 1 girl will be allowed to use their respective bathrooms at a time.

By Registering for a TUF program you are agreeing to receive emails & text messages from TUF Athletics, through any of our software and systems. Choosing not to opt-in on LeagueApps will not mean we will not text or email you, but it may mean that you do not receive all or some important program updates. By registering you are agreeing to opt-in as prompted.

By registering for a TUF program you accept that it is your responsibility to be aware of program events listed & inform us if you are not receiving communications so that we may resolve this properly.

 

It is our promise to you to do everything we can to ensure you are recieving communications. 

TUF Athletics LLC will refund a customer’s first payment and release that customer of any further payment responsibility if the customer decides within 7 days of the child’s first practice that they do not want to continue with the program. The first day is counted on the day of the child’s first practice and the last day closes on the 7th day thereafter at 11:59 PM. The money back request must come in the form of email to info@tufathletics.com. No other refunds apply. Please see the payment policy here.

Personal Training Policies

  1. Children may not leave the premises without permission or without a coach/parent.

  2. Children behavior will be discussed with parents if child is misbehaving. 

  3. NO BULLYING – Upon fair review from coaches, if a child is deemed to be bullying that child will be automatically removed from the program without any monetary compensation.

  4. All children must wear sport specific closed toed shoes and appropriate clothes for sport and weather. (Ex: Shorts, sweatpants, t-shirt, socks, hat, sunglasses, etc.)

  5. Soccer/football cleats are required, however those cleats may not be metal.

  6. Soccer shin guards are required.

A package is required to purchase any sessions. All packages are intended to be paid upfront. If TUF Athletics agrees, your package can be broken down to a payment plan on a cadence that makes sense with your requested number of sessions per week. This payment plan must be automatically drafted plan with your card on file. The payment plan is a set plan and is not updated for missed practices. Once your payment plan is paid off you will continue to use your sessions until complete. (Must be used within 12 months of initial purchase date). If a payment fails, you will need to update the card on file before attending any further sessions. To update the card on file please contact us.

This program is non-refundable. 

*All personal training packages must be fully used within 12 months of purchase.*

Spring Break & Summer Camp Policies

  1. Children may not leave the premises without permission or without a coach/parent.

  2. Children will receive 3 strikes to handle bad behavior.

    1. Strike 1 = Warning

    2. Strike 2 = Disciplinary Action

    3. Strike 3 = Child’s parent will be called and disciplinary action taken.

    4. If children reach 3 strikes within a day, the parent will be called immediately.

  3. NO BULLYING – Upon fair review from coaches, if a child is deemed to be bullying that child will be automatically removed from the program without any monetary compensation.

  4. All children must wear proper Soccer & Basketball shoes (Laced & Tied Properly), comfortable shorts, sweatpants, and a comfortable athletic shirt or jacket depending on weather. Hats and sunglasses are permitted. 

TUF Athletics LLC offers a money back guarantee of 7 days from registration in effect until February 27th, 2022.  No refunds will be given unless agreed upon by TUF athletics and customer.
